Mozzarella di bufala it's one of my favourite things to eat. It's creamy, melts in the mouth and reminds me about mediterranean summertime. Delicate taste of this Italian cheese blends in perfectly with salted ham and sweet fruits. This simple salad takes no longer than 5 minutes to prepare, is light and delicious.
Salad
(makes 2 portion)
1/2 ripe melon
150 g mango
4 slices Jamon Iberico
1 mozzarella di bufala
Pinch of chilli flakes
1/2 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp dry basil
Olive oil
Cut your melon and mango into small cubes. Arrange fruits on the serving plate together with Jamón Ibérico. Place mozzarella on the middle of the plate. Sprinkle with chilli flakes, oregano and basil. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve with bread.
