Hi,

My name is Ollie and I’m a 20 something day-dreamer slightly obsessed with food and baking.

Originally from Poland, life brought me to London 6 years ago where I live since.

I love to cook and bake and all I need to be truly happy it’s great food, good wine and fun company (but let's not be greedy, if I have 2 of those I am in heaven).

Baking has been my passion since I remember and 2 years ago I decided to take it to the next step and I attended  the Pastry and Confectionery course in Westminster Kingsway College.  I got the essential skills and knowledge and I have been continuing my cooking / baking adventure in my own kitchen since.

This blog it a showcase of everything  I do and I would love to share with you- from

my travel journals to bits of my London life and all things I love - but mostly- delicious  food recipes that I love to invent, discover, develop and share with friends!

I also started A YouTube channel where you can find recipes inspired by movies and a lot of other cool stuff.
