They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you should never miss it.
It's not really easy to do every day when you are a 20-something girl trying to chase your dreams while working and having a little bit of fun (or a lot of fun). I don't know about you but I'd rather stay in bed for the extra 30 minutes every morning. Just enough time for quick make-up and hair fix and the poor breakfast get forgotten.

I actually decided to change it. I promise myself to eat my breakfast everyday, and it's not going to be just a simple muffin, hell no!
I would like to introduce you to super breakfast -with this bowl of SuperPorridge you'll kick off with smile on your face, and lot of energy for whole morning.This blissful breakfast it's full of ONLY clean and healthy ingredients: oats, raisins, chia seeds,dark cocoa powder, nuts, fruits and topped with honey. Sounds amazing, right?
Super Chocolate Porridge for busy girl
(makes 1 portion for really hungry girl)
60 g oats
1 tsp raisins
1 tsp chia seeds
30 ml hot water
10 ml of your choice, I use almond milk
1 tsp dark cocoa powder
8 raspberries
8 blueberries
1 tsp pomegranate seeds
Half of avocado
Couple of walnuts
Clear honey
Prepare your fruit topping first. Have everything out and ready to put it over a hot porridge.
Cut avocado and place it together with your raspberries, blueberries,pomegranate seeds, and walnuts on a small plate.
Mix milk and water together and bring it to boil. Add chia seeds and cocoa powder.
Put the oats and raisins in a medium size bowl, and just pour hot water mixture over it. Stir it for couple of seconds, to make sure all ingredients are well mixed. Put the bowl in the microwave for 10 seconds, than top your porridge with fruits, nuts and honey.
And one more good thing : you can prepare your porridge and fruits the
day before, warm it up in the microwave in the morning, and sprinkle with fresh fruits. I eat my porridge in the tube on my way to work.
